Episode 6 – Questing

by Joanna on April 24th, 2011

Finally on the road and (maybe?) heading in the right direction, the team face the rite of passage for all adventurers: low-level questing. Fernando tries his hand at riddles, Martin draws the ire of a really big bird, and Edda gets more than she bargained for when Wendy takes her out on the town.

I am a new fan. After watching the first six episodes, I have to say that you guys rock! This is epic! lol Well directed, filmed, and written. I am a long time D&D fan and love the whole experience. You have made me yearn for a new gaming group! Now where can I find fans in my area… hmm…

OHH! I don’t know if you know about this yet, but there is an incredibly well written comic by Tarol Hunt, called Goblins

If you love D&D and a very well written, often humorous comic, then check it out. You will be hooked until the next episode of Standard Action comes out! lol

  3. DCS Says:

Really liking the costumes and makeup effects on the cast. And I’m getting a big kick out of seeing some of the insane ideas folks have come up with for low-level quests.

    Keep up the good work!

Silentus – thanks for your great comments! You should definitely find a gaming group. Gaming makes life better. And, yes! Of course we know about Goblins by Tarol Hunt – the comic is awesome, and I happened to meet Tarol at VCON this fall as well!

DCS – We have some fantastic costumers and makeup artists on this show, and they’re super excited to be able to work on fantasy, which lets them get pretty creative. I’m glad you’re appreciating their work!
